たまたま家から近かったので通い始めました。

はじめの１回で肩の動きが変わって、
嬉しくて通い続けていますが、肩コリはほとんどなくなりました。
 

さらに足のむくみもなくなって、嬉しいことばっかりです。

いまは、身体のゆがみを少しでも正して、
やせられるように通ってます。

足もすこしほそくなったり、見た目でもわかるので通いたくなります。

肩や首回りが固かったり痛みを感じており、
少しでも楽になればと思い通う事に。


自分の今の状態（骨の歪みや筋肉が固まっている箇所など）が
どうなっているか丁寧に説明、治療方を提案して下さるので
非常に好感がもてました。


私の場合は骨の歪みを矯正、
痛みにくい体を作るためにインナーマッスルを鍛え
肩、腰、首もマッサージしていくよう治療しました。


おかげで肩はしびれが出るほどだったのがほとんどでなくなり
首回りも治療前と比べると楽になりました。


また猫背気味だったのが修正され、
背筋を伸ばして歩けるようになったと思っています。
