《鼻のラインで髪の生え際から親指一本分上》
✳不眠や頭痛、高血圧にも効果的

◎肺の症状
痰やくしゃみ
▷ 太淵（たいえん）
《親指側の手首の付け根のくぼみ》
✴咳にも効果的

顔や頭部は指圧すると効果的です。
