臓腑病によるものがあると考えられています。

下記のツボを活用してください

▷ 天突 (てんとつ)
《左右の鎖骨内端の間で最もくぼんだところ》
☆喉の諸症状に効果があります。

▷ 尺沢 (しゃくたく)
《肘を軽く曲げて上腕二頭筋を緊張させその外側陥凹部、肘窩横紋上に取る》
☆痰が絡む咳に効果があります。

▷ 孔最 (こうさい)
《尺沢と太淵を結ぶ線の中点の上方1寸》
・太淵...手関節前面横紋上で橈骨動脈拍動部
☆激しい咳き込みを鎮める効果があります。

こちらの箇所を温めたり、押したりしてみて下さい。
